We had a blast photographing this super fun family!

The last time that they had family photos taken, the youngest two were not even born yet!

So this family session was extra special!

Highlands Ranch Photographer | Maternity Session| Fly'n B Park

We love nothing more than being a part of something special!

And this maternity session was so very special!  

Mom is due any day now, and big brother Evan is just radiating with love and eager anticipation for his new baby brother!  It was so fun to be a part of his excitement!

We also absolutely adore that they brought baby's sweet little whale pj's, knowing that the whale nursery is all set up and ready for him!

Like Evan, we can't wait to meet his new little brother!!!

 A vintage couch, a tent, adventurous dads, playful kiddos, and sunshine made for some awesome Daddy & Me mini sessions over the weekend!

 

The afternoon thunderstorms Friday had us a little worried, but we loaded up the couch and hoped for the best.  And we are so glad we did!  The rain stopped, the open field at Jackass Hill Park was not a swamp, as we feared it might be, and the sky was beautiful for photos! 

Saturday the colors at Fly'n B Park were so rich and vibrant!  The perfect spot to pitch a tent and go on adventures with dad!

We had been planning this family session for so long, and the crazy Colorado weather almost rained us out!  But at the last minute the sun came out, and we ended up with the perfect lighting!  Whew!

And we have to say how much we absolutely love this family's yellow and gray color scheme!

They coordinated outfits perfectly!  The pops of yellow are so full of sunshine!

Great for spring family photos!

Fly'n B Park was the perfect location for us to explore and capture some of that spring sun!

We set up camp "in the woods" for our second round of Mommy & Me's, and had so much fun!

Jacob & Luke are 5! This was my first set of boy twins that I've done a family session for and boys are much rowdier than girls are but we had fun.

I love the red that mom picked out for the outfits! Kieran was so happy to run around, stomp on tree stumps and especially loved it when dad tossed him in the air.

I met up with the H family before Halloween this year they are such a sweet family.  They actually lived in McKinney, TX for a while, which is where I went to high school - small world!

We wanted to take a few of Jack in his where there wild things are costume! How cute is that.  He wasn't really into the hat part but we got a few of him in it.

It is so fun to have clients come back to me year after year, I get to watch their family's grow and change, and see how the kids personalities grow and develop.  It's really my dream job and I'm lucky enough to get to do it.  Having two kiddos so close in age always makes things challenging but this year Andrew was amazing and poor Alexa was sick but she still did better than we all thought.
