Silly James! Its hard enough taking self portraits so finally I like the way I look and I'm not sure what he's doing .... oh well I still love it!
Taken on my walk up to highlands point behind my neighborhood
A very busy 14 month old, Sofie held still for just a second while I snapped this shot! What a cutie!
Another Sydney photo from yesterday's shoot... so cute!
I took Sydney's baby portraits a year ago and look how big she has grown.
Sofia -- super cute and loves holding her feet and rolling around!
More pics to come, I just couldn't resist posting this one!
Took this at about 5:30 AM ... just before the sun came up... the light shining on the houses is from the street light done on a long exposure... pretty =)
I'm not sure why this never made it to the blog... I think it was because it was taken the weekend before the big snowstorm... So here it is anyways... taken on Oct 25!
I dreamed of taking this photo... I thought about adding the dogs to it but they were being off the wall the day we set out to go do this so instead we left them at home. It's hard to take photos of yourself so I wanted a silhouette but I wanted interaction with it too. I love the clouds, they frame us so perfectly -- if my tripod hadn't broken we would have seen more mountains but the low angle is actually nice here.
I love it so much that I got a 24x36 canvas gallery wrap for our living room - so far it's been a big hit.
Taken on Sept 21, 2009 my first visit to Rocky Mountain National Park
The dogs in the snowstorm, we were planning on walking to the park but apparently the way to the park has never been shoveled... so needless to say, we didn't make it.
Einstein is a pretty good photo subject, he will sit on command and possibly stay still long enough to fire off a couple shots. I was using him as my model to test the lighting before I did the real portraits of James for my class
Mackenzie, one of our neighbors, was out front playing in the leaves and I couldn't resist shooting these!!!
I'm trying to reach out to propective wedding clients, so if you are a fan of my work I would greatly appreciate a review! Just click the link above.
Tesla, my 3 yr old Italian Greyhound, is addicted to pumpkins and couldn't stop licking this one! Silly Dog!

I used my small interior skills for this shot, I actually used a flash on just the cake you can tell because it adds a slight blue color to it... making the room look really warm. I love it!
James took me to Rocky Mountain National Park yesterday in celebration of my birthday
Here's a photo of Shaylea sitting on the bench just before leaving for the ceremony.
How neat =)

I will be using this site to link to their wedding slideshow, so check it after September 25th. I will post another link to it once they are done!
We went location scouting for the portrait shoot tomorrow. I think we found a couple great spots, the building he's leaning on is a post office in Littleton.
