Karsh Style Portrait
For my class last Tuesday we were to replicate lighting in portraits by Yousuf Karsh. James was my model and I really like the way it turned out. Karsh used hard light in his portraits and many times used multiple lights. I used only two lights in this photograph .... not sure James could stand me using more, they are quite hot.
Surprise Wedding!
Leah & Wes's wedding surprised even their family; I was called to the job at extreme last minute but it was lots of fun and I was up for the adventure. Plus it got me away from the darkroom for an afternoon! Here are some of the detail shots from Sunday. More to come in the near future. Thank you Leah & Wes for including me in your special day!
