We love capturing the beauty of motherhood.

Just like the fleeting newborn stage, pregnancy only lasts a short time...

so we believe in taking photos to hold onto that beautiful stage of eager anticipation.

This maternity session took place at Cottonwood Park!  It was the perfect place to run around with big sister Ruby and get in some family time before baby brother arrives!

Mom is absolutely stunning.

 

And dad is super excited to have his little man here to watch some football!

We can't wait to meet Ruby's baby brother!

Maternity Session | Mountain Adventure | Colorado

We love a good adventure.  Even if we didn't plan for it.  Sometimes it's just meant to be that the best laid plans don't work out. 

This maternity session was suppose to happen in Silverthorne...

 until everyone became stuck in traffic, and it became very apparent that no one was not going to make it to Silverthorne before the sun set.

So after some frantic phone messages, everyone decided to just exit I-70 at the nearest exit...randomly...no idea what the area was like.

And it ended up being the most fun, carefree mountain session with a gorgeous view and fall colors.

Thank goodness for such adventurous parents to be!

It was a perfect end to a crazy beginning.

We love nothing more than being a part of something special!

And this maternity session was so very special!  

Mom is due any day now, and big brother Evan is just radiating with love and eager anticipation for his new baby brother!  It was so fun to be a part of his excitement!

We also absolutely adore that they brought baby's sweet little whale pj's, knowing that the whale nursery is all set up and ready for him!

Like Evan, we can't wait to meet his new little brother!!!
