We cannot believe William is 6 months old already!  We fall in love with those big, beautiful eyes every time we see this sweet boy!  

We just absolutely love this roly-poly phase...and how they just light up with the discovery of every new thing...like their toes!

We had a fun session at the gorgeous Highlands Ranch mansion with mom and big sister!  Love big sister's dress...all the ruffles and detail!

Pink Cake Smash | Baby Plan | In Studio

Blake turned ONE!

And we believe in dressing up in gorgeously girly things like pink tutus and a birthday crown to celebrate!  Because life should be full of celebrations, laughter and fun.

We LOVE cake smash sessions, but add in a pennant banner, and a chalk board, a pink ombre cake,  those blue eyes and that smile, and we can hardly contain ourselves!

Before we got all sugary sweet with Blake's cake, we snapped a few family shots out on the golf course!  This happy girl is blessed with so much love!

7 Month Session | Twins | Baby Plan | Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Liam and Landon are 7 months old!  And wow they have grown since their newborn photos!  We absolutely adore getting to see them as they change throughout the year!  And at this age they made the perfect little models since they can sit up, but not yet crawl away.  So funny!  All parents can appreciate that!  We will be chasing them at their next session, and we can't wait for those giggles as we do! 

 As I was selecting photos to blog for this session, I kept thinking how many of them would be so great up on a wall!  I love when I come down my stairs and catch a glimpse at our family photos.  I pause so many times just to take in those images and my heart melts as those memories flood back in.

We love when our families get to enjoy their photos on their walls!  It makes us happy to bring the same kind of joy I get as I pause to take in my photos into their homes.  And I am head over heels in love with how bloom frames so perfectly showcase photos!  They are classy, yet fun, and an awesome way to really make your photos stand out in your home.

I can't believe she's 3 now! - Personal Post!

Happy Birthday Elise!

I hear parents claim all the time I can't believe he/she is X age now.... well honestly I can't believe we've hit 3 years old already!  This spunky, busy, stubborn, outspoken little girl is 3!

She is my mini me in lots of ways, she watches and learns very quick,

1) she has to have her morning "coffee" aka milk

2) she pays attention to small little random details everywhere we go

3) home depot & starbucks are two of her favorite places

4) she has dance parties in the living room and LOVES music, her favorite song right now is "honey bridge" you know like 'london bridge' but she modified the lyrics

5) she likes Canon camera's and a 5D MKII is her camera, (she takes pretty good photos)

6) she is excellent at directing people and telling everyone what to do

Awww how I love this girl! She is my world.

6 Month Session | Baby Plan | In Studio

Avery & AJ came into the studio for their 6 month session!
It was such a beautiful, sunny day that we took a few photos out of the golf course.

These two are so happy and full of smiles that their joy is contagious!
Seriously, how could you not smile every time you see these two?!

And we just love a red, white, and blue patriotic theme, so this session just warmed our hearts!

We can't wait to see how much they have grown in their next session!

One Year Session | Baby Plan | In Studio

We can't believe Joel is ONE!  

And wow he has changed sooooo much just since his 8 month session! 

It has truly been amazing to watch him grow over the last year!

Donovan was such a delight for his 6 month session that we just couldn't resist sharing a few sneak peeks!  This little guy is always so happy for his photos!  Gotta love that!  He just makes us smile!

And we absolutely adore getting to see how much he is growing throughout his baby plan! 

He was just 10 days new for his newborn photos, then pushing up for his 4 month photos, and now sitting up in his 6 month photos!  Wow time flies!

We can't wait to see how much he has grown in his next session!

Highlands Ranch Photographer | 3 Month Session | Baby Plan | Twins

Our baby plan clients, Landon & Liam are now 3 months old! This time since we didn't shoot in the middle of a blizzard (like we did for their newborn session) we were able to venture outside the studio for some golf course family photos.  

 

We are in love with their big sisters!  You can just see how smitten they are with their little brothers.  Can't wait for their next session!

Highlands Ranch Photographer | 4 Month Photos | Baby Plan

Oh.my.goodness!  Liam came into the studio for his 4 month photos,

and seeing how much he has grown since his newborn session just melts our hearts! 

We HAD to share a few sneak peeks!

We loved using some of our favorite props to match his sweet personality!

And watching him push up to take in the world around him was simply precious. 

He has sparkle in his eye, and is just so full of wonder and curiosity.

Highlands Ranch Photographer | Fly'n B Park | 6 Month Session

Sweet baby Jena starting to grow up really fast.... I feel like it was just yesterday that I photographed her as a newborn... She is one of my baby plan clients and she came in at 3 months as well... but the 6 month session is so different just because when they sit they start becoming more than just a little baby and you start to see some of their personality.

We scheduled the shoot for the warmest day of the week except it was the day of daylight savings time and we scheduled for morning so it was still cold... brrrr... with snow on the ground.

The session we held was at Fly'n B Park in Highlands Ranch... one of my absolute favorite spots!

It got really windy and so to hide from the wind there generally is a bike tunnel to go into except the wind was blowing just that direction and it was extra windy in there so instead I had Jena's dad take everything out of the back of their SUV... I grabbed some faux fur from in my car (yes I just drive around with props in there) and we put together a makeshift set out of the wind, with the heater on full blast to just finish up our session :)

Sweet little Maya is 6 months old :) ... these were taken at Sharon Arnoldi Photography home studio using some of my new lighting gear!

Maya's mom sent me a message that she was bringing this cute outfit and so I set up the scene to match 

The photo below shows the difference between a 3 month session & the 6 month session.... so fun to do a very similar set!
